Gather your photos and video clips in a folder or as a shared album and organize them by age or by life stage (infant, toddler, tween, teen, college etc.). Chronology is your friend! If you need some guidance, just call or email us.

Send your files. You can do this by emailing us and requesting a dropbox upload link or, if you have your own cloud service like dropbox, then just send the link to us. WeTransfer is another great option (it's free under 2GB per send).
Submit a 50% deposit. After we receive your files and your agreement we will send you an electronic invoice for the deposit to start working on your story. The deposit is fully refundable within 1 week of receipt of your first edit from us.

Review and approve your first edit within 7-10 business days of submitting your files and your deposit. We will send you a password protected link to your video for feedback. We go through a few rounds of edits until we know it's right.

Submit final payment. We will send you an invoice for the balance upon your approval of final edit.

Receive your final video electronically (or on a USB drive for a small extra fee) upon receipt of final payment. Satisfaction Guaranteed!
